Perry Vieth, President,
devotes his entire time towards managing the properties of Ceres Farms including
financial, legal, accounting, hedging and investor relations. Formerly he served
for ten years as CIO of Fixed Income & Currency at PanAgora Asset Management in
Boston, where he was responsible for research, investment strategy and oversight
of assets exceeding $7 billion. At PanAgora, Perry led several successful
long-short hedge fund strategies and in 2007 was Pensions & Investments
top-performing fixed income manager with a return of 16.1%. Mr. Vieth also
served as a portfolio manager at Fleet Investment advisors, Fuji Securities and
Chicago Research & Trading Group where he began his trading career at the
Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1986. From 1982 to 1986, Mr. Vieth practiced law
in Chicago specializing in securities and corporate law. He graduated from the
University of Notre Dame Law School with a J.D. and obtained a B.S. in
accounting from Marquette University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and
member of the Boston Securities Analyst Society. Perry serves on the University
of Notre Dame Law School’s Advisory Council and several charitable
organizations’ Board of Directors. |

Brandon Zick,
Senior Portfolio Manager, focuses on managing all assets of the farm portfolio, due diligence of property acquisitions and tenant relations of Ceres Farms. Additionally, Mr. Zick oversees risk management of portfolio farm properties and performs industry research. Most recently, Brandon served as a Vice President of Strategic Acquisitions within Morgan Stanley Investment Management. In this role, Brandon performed due diligence, valuation analysis, deal negotiation and execution of strategic business transactions on behalf of Morgan Stanley. Previously, he worked as a senior associate of investor relations at Morgan Stanley, and began his career as a finance associate at Lehman Brothers. Brandon is a 2001 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in finance and a Japanese concentration and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. Brandon grew up on a family dairy and crop farm in Northeastern Pennsylvania. |

Steve Cardinal, Senior Portfolio Manager, manages the Fund's farm portfolio, performs due diligence on property acquisitions and develops tenant relations. He also oversees the appraisal of all Ceres property by external appraisers and Ceres' funding activity. Steve has worked directly with farm families and Ag companies for over 30 years to provide financing for crop inputs, farm machinery, buildings and farmland acquisition. Most recently, he was Vice President of Commercial Loans for First Merchants Bank, serving the agricultural communities of Indiana. Prior to FMB, Steve worked with Horizon Bank and Farm Credit Services in a similar role providing Ag financing in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. Steve graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Agriculture in 1978 and grew up on a farm in Southern Indiana. |

Barbara Connolly Keady,
Director of New Business Development, is responsible for new business development and client relations.
Most recently, Ms. Keady was a research analyst at Southport Management, a convertible bond hedge
fund based in Ct. Prior to that, she worked as an associate in the Private Wealth Management group
at Morgan Stanley in NY, selling the firm’s asset management services to High Net Worth individuals,
endowments and foundations. Ms Keady started her career at Bankers Trust Company in their fixed income
sales department, covering pensions, corporations and money funds in the Mid Atlantic region. Ms. Keady
received a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance
from Columbia University. Ms. Keady serves on the Columbia Business School Admissions peer review board. |
